New Wednesday Morning Basic Odedience Class

Elite K9 trains indoors in bad weather, outdoors in good weather!

If you’ve been waiting for a weekday morning basic obedience class to train your dog, this is the class for you!

This class will run 8 consecutive Wednesday’s, beginning November 10, 2010 and will finish up with the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) test on December 29, 2010 .

You and your dog will learn:

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Stay (Sit-Stay and Down-Stay)
  • Heel
  • The Recall (Come/Here)
  • Social skills in a class atmosphere
  • Focusing skills with distractions

Saturday Dog Obedience Classes Are Starting Up!

We have a new Basic Obedience Class starting Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 10am!

This class will run 8 consecutive Saturday’s, beginning October 16, 2010 and will finish up with the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) test on December 4, 2010.

You and your dog will learn:

  • Sit
  • Down
  • Stay (Sit-Stay and Down-Stay)
  • Heel
  • The Recall (Come/Here)
  • Social skills in a class atmosphere
  • Focusing skills with distractions

New Basic Obedience Class: July 22, 2010

Karen walking Spike, an English Bulldog in one of our obedience classesThis class will run every Thursday from 6:30-7:30 pm, July 22, 2010 (first session, owners only) through September 9, 2010 (last session, CGC testing).

You & your dog will learn:

• Heel
• Sit
• Down
• Stay (Sit/Stay, Down/Stay)
• Here
• Social skills in a class atmosphere
• Focusing skills with distractions
• The finish: dog will go from in front of you, walk around the back to your side where s/he will be ready for the heel command.

New Basic Obedience Class Starts July 8, 2010

Tiffany & Lyla practice the Stay command.We have a new Basic Obedience class starting Thursday, July 8 at 6:30 pm! Classes will run each Thursday evening 6:30 to 7:30 pm beginning July 8 and will finish up on Thursday, August 26, 2010.

In this class you & your dog will learn:

  • Heel
  • Sit
  • Down
  • Stay
  • Here
  • Social skills in a class atmosphere
  • Focusing skills with distractions
  • The finish: dog will go from in front of you, walk around the back to your side where s/he will be ready for the heel command.

The Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test is provided the last week of class.

Classes will be held at our new facility at 7150 Love Warner Rd, Cortland, OH 44410.
